The shoes were a size too small despite having measured my foot to compare it to the chart. there is a chemical smell as well that causes headaches, and the mechanisms don't always work on one of the shoes. I have contacted the seller many times to refund even HALF of the money I paid, but they just keep giving me the same replies saying it's my fault for not measuring correctly or I'm simply not using the shoe mechanisms correctly. I included direct comparisons between measurements. I filed a dispute, sent in pictures of my ACTUAL FOOT against a ruler, my foot compared to the shoe, videos of the mechanism not working, the size chart of the product I ordered, AND a screenshot of my receipt showing what size I purchased... Don't waste your money or your time. even if I wanted to return the item, the shipping back to the seller would cost almost as much as the shoes. I'd love to go back in time and break my phone to avoid having ever purchased these shoes, especially from here.
